Dearmouring the Vagina: Returning to the Seat of Power
The vagina holds stories.
Not just of pleasure — but of pain, silence, shame, birth, violation, numbness, longing, love, and loss. For many women and vulva-owners, this sacred part of the body has become a place of disconnection. A place that once felt wild, expressive, and sovereign… now feels closed, braced, or simply unreachable.
Dearmouring the vagina is not a trend. It’s a sacred, trauma-informed practice that invites this part of the body to release what it’s held — and to remember what it truly is.
What Is Vaginal Armour?
Armour in the vaginal canal (and surrounding tissue) forms over time in response to physical, emotional, or energetic wounding. This might include:
Medical trauma or invasive procedures
Unwanted or unconscious sexual experiences
Birth trauma
Cultural or religious shame
Emotional repression
The body stores these memories. Not always as clear recollections — but as tension, numbness, hypersensitivity, pain, or a sense of disconnection from self.
What Does Dearmouring Involve?
In my sessions, vaginal dearmouring is always:
Consent-led
Slow and sacred
Collaborative, never imposed
After a full consultation and nervous system preparation, we work with the pelvic bowl, external yoni tissue, and—if consented—the internal vaginal canal using breath, sound, and gentle touch.
We move at the pace of trust.
There is no goal — not orgasm, not performance. Just space. For whatever arises. Tears, rage, giggles, stillness, pleasure, grief. All are welcome.
The Purpose of Vaginal Dearmouring
This work is about:
Releasing stored tension or trauma from the yoni
Reawakening sensitivity and sensation
Reclaiming the vagina as a source of power and pleasure
Meeting numbness with love, not shame
Restoring trust between self and body
It is not about fixing what’s broken. Nothing is broken. It’s about inviting back what was exiled.
My Approach
As a trauma-informed tantric practitioner trained in dark tantra, somatic healing, and sexological bodywork, I bring:
Clinical understanding of the nervous system
Energetic awareness and subtle tracking
Ritual and sacred space holding
Absolute respect for personal boundaries
Clients are always fully informed, empowered, and able to pause or stop at any time.
We begin with clothes-on grounding and body awareness. Only with full verbal consent and clarity do we progress. The body leads. I listen.
What People Experience
Each session is different. But common outcomes include:
Increased vaginal sensitivity
Release of pelvic pain or chronic tension
Emotional breakthroughs or reconnection with memory
Reclaiming of voice, boundary, and erotic sovereignty
A sense of homecoming to the womb and yoni
This is not always a comfortable journey. But it is a liberating one.
For Those Who’ve Experienced Trauma
This work can be especially profound for those with a history of:
Sexual assault or boundary violation
Birth trauma
Dissociation or freeze responses
Chronic pain or numbness
But it must be approached with care. Sometimes vaginal dearmouring isn’t the first step — or isn’t needed at all. Sometimes working around the body, breath, or voice is where we begin.
There is no rush.
For Couples
I also support couples in learning how to witness, support, and dearmour one another — with tenderness, trust, and consent.
This can be life-changing. To be held without agenda. To be seen without shame. To touch without fixing.
Final Thoughts
The vagina is not just a sexual organ. It is a portal. A place of creation, sensation, intuition, power, and deep knowing.
When we bring love, presence, and sacred attention to this part of the body — something profound happens. The body sighs. The heart opens. The self returns.
