Many of our clients come to us knowing that something needs to be fixed, but not being able to clearly define what the issue may be.  In this instance, or if a client is unwilling to consider a long-term relationship with us from the outset, we would then advise a standalone site visit and report based on our findings.

Lucy and her specific team members would attend your site for a surveillance day(s) to see the household in action.  After our site visit, we would write a report, with observations and clear action points which you can either execute on your own or have Lucy Challenger and her team continue to support you further.  There is no obligation to continue working with us, if the report gives you the solutions and outcome you are looking for.
