We take the time to understand your business approach, what your end goal is, and who you are as a business. This approach ensures that we build the right training packages for you.
We can offer white label (the training looks like it is owned by your brand) or black label (where our company logo remains on the materials) courses.
Our general B2B process is the following (although it is extremely worth noting that each client has individual needs and specific outcomes with the processes and we work in a reactive, rather than fixed sense).
We meet with you via Zoom video (our preference) or we can meet you in our HQ in Mayfair or at your household itself (the latter are both chargeable meetings, whereas Zoom is complimentary). We discuss the project, and what challenges are being faced.
Following our meeting, if you wish to commence the consultancy agreement, relevant T&Cs and service contracts are provided to you to review and sign. With fees discussed and disclosed.
During this timeframe, we will undertake a large number of routes, depending on the timezone and location of the business. We will look at various options for training and determine if this is online or in person (or both). During this time we will need access to various departments within the company so we can extract the relevant information to compile bespoke training.
You are given access to the training for you and us (should you need our help with the initial training phase) to roll out. We offer a pilot stage process so that a smaller team can ‘trial’ the training and should any adjustments be made, we can easily adapt the training at this stage.
As all our online materials can be easily accessed and edited, we look to perform annual reviews on the content you have available and ensure that each year our clients are given important updates and options to deepen the training materials they can access.
